Fast forward to spring 2020, after a few chillout / downtempo albums I felt like getting back to a summer vibe with this 5 track Ep I called…well…”Seaside”.
It was late march, the beginning of the lockdown, and I knew I had to kiss goodbye all plans for the summer….yet another holiday mood put into a few pieces of electronic music, what do you know ?
This time I went full retro and carefully designed a soundscape where the end of the 70s just met the early `80s, playing around with nostalgia and just a touch of retrofuturistic vibes. Dirty leads on top of analogue pads and just enough groove to make you bounce all the way through.
The whole project is built around the retro aesthetic you could encounter in the dreams of Space Age afficiandos.
